Sauté the Garlic
In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic, as it can turn bitter.
Add the Cream and Seasoning
Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth.
Finish the Sauce
Once the sauce reaches the desired creamy consistency, remove it from heat.
Stir in freshly chopped parsley for added flavor and color.
